I am a trauma-informed Clinical Social Work Associate in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. I specialize in anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and life transitions, and work primarily with women, the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals deconstructing religious trauma. I bring a compassionate, person-centered approach to my work, incorporating trauma-informed EMDR, Internal Family Systems therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and psychedelic integration therapy to support your healing and growth.

When you walk through my office door you will be greeted with warmth and compassion. Whether you are overwhelmed by life and it’s varying demands and disappointments, or struggling through trauma, a devastating loss, a life transition, or work or relationship stress or conflict, I will provide a safe, empathetic space for you as we explore your personal history and background as well as your inner and outer worlds in search of greater understanding, awareness and acceptance. I believe everyone holds a deep, abiding source of internal strength, wisdom, and hope, and I will walk alongside you as we uncover these peace-giving resources together.
