Transpersonal Coaching Psychology

Our one-year Transpersonal Coaching Psychology Certificate Programme at Alef Trust provides a collaborative environment to study the science, art and practice of transpersonal coaching psychology – TCP. The role of a transpersonal coach is to support the client to develop a more expansive and interconnected sense of self and, in so doing, help the client to access the necessary resources that may aid the attain of their fullest potential and performance. Transpersonal Coaching Psychology (TCP) can be described as the theory and practice of coaching that takes a holistic and integrative approach to support client growth and transformation. This is achieved through individually tailored processes to help clients identify what provides them with a sense of meaning and purpose and, in turn, to assist the client to find ways of purposefully expressing this – in their work, their personal life, and within relationships.
