ROLE OVERVIEW:

Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario and reporting to the Director of Growth, Field Trip is currently looking for a Analyst, Growth Marketing to join our growing teams in Canada, the United States, and Europe. 

To succeed in the role, you must be a data ninja, adept at uncovering insights, and love unlocking marketing optimization solutions with the rest of the team. You will be responsible for building and managing the data models you will use to track marketing performance across paid and organic digital channels through our marketing funnels to directly support audience growth for Field Trip Health centres and our Trip app. You will work in collaboration with other members of the growth and product teams to proactively identify areas of optimization to make our marketing programs as efficient and productive as possible. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build dashboards and reporting to track, manage, and assess marketing funnel metrics and identify program optimization opportunities
  • Extract insights from marketing channel performance and Trip user behaviours
  • Reconcile the lead generation between marketing platforms and internal systems
  • Assist with informing new lead acquisition strategies and plans through data 
  • Preparation of bi-monthly 360 cross-channel reports for review and tracking
  • Support Growth and Trip teams by sourcing facts and analyzing data from 3rd party research sources
  • Research and understand Trip user data, as well as user insights from marketing campaigns
  • Proactively gather data around social media industry trends, on-going social network feature & functionality enhancements, consumer digital usage and behaviour
  • Creates content for strategic deliverables, including support slides for presentations, case studies, POVs, evaluations, benchmarking/competitive comparisons
  • Exhibits an excellent understanding of social media properties, displaying an eagerness to continually learn
  • Additional responsibilities as determined by management

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a marketing analyst within the media or digital technology industry
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a combination of education and experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent analytical skills. Familiarity with a variety of statistical and mathematical models is ideal, including techniques for forecasting and segmentation is a plus
  • Understanding of fundamental marketing principles acquired through education or work experience
  • Experience working with a variety of web analytic and social analytic tools
  • Commitment to data quality and accuracy, ensuring things are done right the first time around.
  • Passion for numbers and analytical challenges
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Clear and precise communication style. Ability to explain work to non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic-thinking capabilities, with a proven passion for working with various data sources to make fact-based recommendations
  • Exceptional time management and ability to problem solve under pressure
  • Familiarity with MS Office products and Salesforce
  • Start-up experience a plus
