Full Stack Hubspot CRM Specialist

We’re looking for a Hubspot ninja to join our team to take ownership of our entire Hubspot environment. 

From managing customer data, building workflows, reporting dashboards and landing pages, you’ll have solid expertise and experience across the full Hubspot tech stack.

SCOPE OF PROJECTS:

• Develop reports and dashboards for company KPI’s across sales and marketing

• Create, modify and edit web pages

• Build and optimise email automation workflows

• Contact and deal management

• Document and manage data and processes within our Hubspot environment 

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING AREAS OF HUBSPOT IS REQUIRED:

• CRM & sales implementation

• Email Automation

• Analytics & reporting

• Landing page edits and content management

• SEO (relevant to Hubspot)

TECHNICAL SKILLS + REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be Hubspot Certified 

• 2-3 years’ experience working in Hubspot across the full stack as outlined above

• Strong in Google Analytics and SEO is a plus

• Data management 

• API’s and integrations relevant to Hubspot

PERSONAL SKILLS:

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Psychedelic literacy

• Can represent the high-quality experience that Synthesis delivers

• Masters how the customer journey flows

• Proactive team-player

• Works independently - self-starter

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities:

• Documentation

• Time management 

• Enjoys a fast-paced environment, we prefer working on location in Haarlem, but 

• Modelling professionalism: excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with people of all ages, backgrounds, etc.

• To be flexible, especially in regards to this positions’ work schedule, and possess a willingness to adapt to changing situations and to learn new tasks

• The ability to solve problems and remain grounded while working under stress

• Enthusiasm, charisma, creativity, humor, leadership skills, and individual initiative

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

Compensation package to be determined based on experience.
