Position: Integration Coach for Psychedelic Therapy (Remote)
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
Engaging with patients over the phone to help them prepare for their psychedelic therapy treatments, ensuring they are fully informed, comfortable, and ready for the experience.
Providing detailed explanations of our safety protocols and procedures, and answering any questions patients may have.
Building rapport and establishing trust with patients, creating a safe and supportive environment for them to express themselves.
Offering guidance and support during phone calls, helping patients navigate their thoughts and feelings as they prepare for their sessions.
Processing and unpacking patients’ experiences post-session, aiding them in integrating their insights into their daily lives during the integration phase (post 60 days).
Assisting patients in setting realistic and achievable goals, promoting self-love, and encouraging accountability throughout their healing journey.
Maintaining detailed and accurate records of interactions with patients, and collaborating with other team members to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to patient care.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a therapeutic, coaching, therapist, or support role, with a strong understanding of psychedelic therapy.
Exceptional phone communication skills, with the ability to connect with and support patients remotely.
A compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A flexible and adaptable approach, with the capacity to stay calm and focused in challenging situations.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
