Manager/Senior Manager of Operations

The Manager/Senior Manager of Operations will be responsible for cross-functional business operations (including organisational processes and data privacy) and clinic operations.

This role is based at our headquarters in London.

Reports to: Vice President of Operations

Responsibilities in business operations include (but are not limited to):

• Oversee all cross-functional organisational activities
  • Line management of the Operations and Business Intelligence Coordinator
  • Annual company goals
  • Short-term goals (objectives and key results, or OKRs)
  • Roles and responsibilities (through the RACI framework)
  • Design and implementation of organisational policies
• Ensure company data security and privacy
  • Maintain appropriate data privacy compliance standards across company activities, including our clinical trials programme
  • Act as Data Privacy Officer, or DPO, for relevant regulatory frameworks including the EU General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR
• Manage budget forecasting across all business operations activities

  • Line management of the Team Administrator and the IT and Audio-Visual Lead
  • Management of our London office, New York office, and worldwide flexible working operations
  • Office-based information technologies, including technical and operational support as well as cybersecurity compliance and risk management

Responsibilities in clinic research site operations include (but are not limited to):

• Manage logistics related to treatment rooms at all clinical research sites
  • Line management of the Operations Coordinator
  • Furniture at sites
  • Audio-visual equipment installation, operations and maintenance at sites
• Coordinate budget forecasting across all clinic operations activities
