Cedar Psychiatry by Novamind is a group of outpatient mental health clinics dedicated to accelerating innovation in psychedelic medicine. Novamind is a Toronto-based psychedelic venture firm whose mission is to facilitate safe & legal access to psychedelics, advance psychedelic research, and catalyze personal wellness.
We are currently looking for a skilled, organized, motivated individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills, solid dependability and sharp problem solving skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for many different tasks related to marketing, content development, and communications, within our psychiatry clinics and clinical research division.
Responsibilities
- Implement the brand visions for Cedar Psychiatry and Cedar Clinical Research across print and digital media
- Create digital communication assets including blog posts, ads, social media posts, graphics, etc.
- Manage digital marketing strategy for a variety of social media accounts and websites
- Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
- Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and project recommendations to management team
- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of marketing related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred (communication, marketing, business, or related field) but not required
- Experience using various marketing automation tools, social media apps, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
Preferred
- Competency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Graphic design experience preferred
