Alina is thrilled to be recognizing a dream that was several years in the making by opening this integrative medical practice. She has been involved in medicine since her teen years — first as an EMT/ Paramedic, then a registered nurse, and for the last 7 years, a nurse practitioner. Her experiences have been varied, but her interest in integrative/ functional medicine began when she worked as a nurse practitioner serving the rural communities (including the Amish) of Indiana. Since that time, she has engaged in multiple training and certification programs, which include: IV and ozone therapies, chelation, platelet rich plasma treatments and mistletoe/ anthroposophical medicine.
Currently, Alina is enrolled in the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. Most recently, she practiced at the Connecticut Center of Health in Middletown, CT before opening Center for Holistic Healthcare. Alina is passionate about patient care and partnering with her patients on their journey to optimal wellness.
