Livi G. McKay (aka Grace Livingston) is the founder and CEO of MyTEPI. Entering the financial industry at twenty-two, Mrs. McKay began her career at PNC Bank before being hired at Morgan Stanley for the company rollout of the Private Banking Advisory program.
During this time, Mrs. McKay began suffering debilitating health issues which suspended any financial career. Her work in politics led her to cybersecurity pioneer, John McAfee, who recruited her to be the Director of Investor Relations for his new company, MGT Capital Investments.
She later went on to be the Director of Business Development for the Bear Traps Report, an institutional financial research newsletter before becoming the Head of Investor Relations for CB1 Capital Management—a well-respect investment manager in the cannabis space. Mrs. McKay has worked alongside and collaborated with several high-profile names in finance and politics, such as NYT Bestselling author and economist, Larry McDonald, and Fmr. Hawaiian Congresswoman, Tulsi Gabbard.
Simultaneously, Mrs. McKay has overcome numerous major health conditions including grand mal seizures, multiple surgeries, and chronic pain with the use of therapeutic cannabis and holistic medicine. In 2019, Mrs. McKay became a nationally ranked athlete in the equestrian sport of 3-Day Eventing. It was during this year that she decided to become more vocal about her experience with healing and cannabis. She chose to do so under her online pen name “Livi McKay” as to not create any conflict of interest with her employer. In the spring of 2020, Mrs. McKay resigned from her position and married her longterm partner, Dmitry. Starting a brand new adventure, the pair decided to become “The McKay’s”. And thus, Livi McKay became official.
Through her story, Mrs. McKay advocates for the end of drug prohibition in favor of adopting a modern approach to substance use, addiction, and dependence. Her dream is to create a system for personalized medicine and therapeutics. Mrs. McKay has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama and lives in Las Vegas, NV with her husband and their Abyssinian cat, Eris.
