John H. Timken

John is a Director Camden Partners and joined the firm in 2017. He is actively involved in Camden's business development initiatives. Prior to joining Camden, John worked with Cornerstone Advisory as a Portfolio Manager of the Outcome Driven Fund. Additionally, he held a position at Moag and Company, a boutique sports investment banking firm, as an associate providing due diligence and assisting with deal sourcing. John began his career in institutional sales at Brown Advisory after graduating from Washington College in 2003.

John currently serves on The Board of Visitors and Governors of Washington College and is the vice chairman of the Investment Committee. He also serves as a trustee for The Living Classrooms Foundation and The Baltimore Educational Scholarship Trust.

John holds a B.A. in Business Management from Washington College.
