At Vital Reset, we have a carefully designed process that is all about helping you make the most of your psilocybin experience.This process usually takes about a month but may be longer depending on the unique needs of each client.
There are 3 steps that each client goes through:
Step 1: Preparation
3 - 6 hours (in-person or virtual)
We begin by helping you prepare for your psilocybin experience. Through consultations and education, we ensure you have the necessary knowledge and mental readiness for the journey ahead.
Step 2: Psilocybin Experience
3 - 8 hours depending on dose and sensitivity (at our service center)
In a safe, thoughtfully curated environment under the guidance of an experienced facilitator, you will courageously delve into the depths of your consciousness, unlocking profound insights and undergoing experiences that can shape your life's path.
Step 3: Integration
1 - 4 hours (in-person or virtual)
We help you make sense of your experience and incorporate its lessons into daily life. Through active listening and empathy, we guide you in translating your experiences into tangible growth and positive change.
